We ship all orders from our HQ on the Gold Coast and your exciting parcel delivery time depends on your location.

Standard Shipping

For standard shipping we use Australia Post eParcel services. If your order fits with a more suitable courier, we may use them on occasion. 
We have a $5.00 AUD flat shipping rate for both domestic and international parcels -  what a ripper deal!

Express Post Shipping

You may select Express Post Shipping to have your parcel delivered as quickly as possible for only $15 through the AusPost Express Network. To check expected delivery time frames please check the Australia Post website here.
Australia Post eParcel Standard and Express deliveries automatically include a signature on delivery service. If you select 'Authority to Leave' during the checkout process, Australia Post authorises drivers to conduct a 'safe drop' and we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

You know we are a small family business with babies too - our aim is to post your order within a business day of receipt of payment, if there is a delay we will let you know. The Australia Post Express Post Guarantee (click here) can be used to determine the estimated delivery time frames offered by Australia Post. Many Metropolitan suburbs fall within the Next Day Australia Post Express Post Guarantee, however please check the Australia Post Website via the above link for accurate information.

If you are concerned, or have not received your parcel within the average timeframe expected, please email hello@thesuiteset.com.au and we will follow up with Australia Post or our couriers.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond our control. Please contact us at the time of placing your order if you have specific delivery requirements.

We always pack your order very carefully, however we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email hello@thesuiteset.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we can’t accepts responsibility for incorrect details entered - even though we’ve done it ourself before!

International Orders
International orders will be posted using Australia Post, and their network of international couriers. We charge a flat rate based of $5.00

The Australia Post shipping method used will either include Signature on Delivery or Tracking (but not both). The Australia Post shipping method used will be determined by us, depending on the postal service within the country of destination. The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information we recommend speaking to your local customs office.
